Here we will talk about the equipment in Dofus. First off, you must know that do not waste too much gold on equipments until level 55-60. Maybe the best set is level 75.
Level 60 Con Cap or Sacred Dragon which adds Con and Spr
Level 55 Chaos Framestone.If you can't get it uses the Armor from the Enigma Chest.

As for the Daggers, you can use the Dagger from the Enigma Chest (+8% max Sp +4 con +4spr). Also you can get a dagger from the Newbie Npc, which you can get as reward for exchanging your star of unity ring. Use search for star of unity.
Following are the best dagger you can get for your Star of Unity.
1) Sacred Dragon Blade of Torment
+7 Cons
+12 Spr
2) Colossuss Blade of Torment
3) Sage Blade of Torment
+12 Spr
Note: Some players think the +7 Con one is nice, since it’s a 100% HP/Defense Bonus. Sure, you can use the Unsealed Dagger of Sphinx, but for some players that may waste of Kals to unseal it. You can Get Better Daggers than that.
